Today I sent a letter which I got as email from the Oberstufenzentrum Palmnicken to the head of the education authority and to the governor. The letter tries to establish contact between a school here and the OSZ Palmnicken in oder to start an exchange of students and teachers.
German Red Cross made me says it it clear that it is a private project between me and the schools and that it has nothing to do with GRC or PMI.
